We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join our team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works in live environments. This is a hands-on role requiring a high standard of workmanship, professionalism, and the ability to work safely in sensitive environments such as healthcare and education facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general joinery and maintenance works, including repairs, installations, and adjustments
- Work on doors, frames, locks, kitchens, flooring, and other internal fittings
- Undertake reactive maintenance and minor project works
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Work in occupied buildings (hospitals/universities) with minimal disruption
- Follow all health & safety procedures, particularly in clinical environments
- Liaise with site managers, clients, and other trades professionally
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
