C Hanlon Facilities Management, a new and upcoming business operating in and around the Glasgow area, is seeking a talented Electrician to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to our clients, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine electrical maintenance, including inspection, testing, and repairs of wiring, fixtures, and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform installation and upgrade work on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Collaborate with other trades and maintenance teams on larger projects.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Inspection and testing 2391 (EICR) (Desirable).
