Guenther Bakeries in Coventry is seeking a hands-on Bakery NPD Technologist to join our Product Development team.

You will develop new bakery recipes and samples, manage the Bakery Centre of Excellence, and support projects from customer brief to plant trials and launch.

You will work with NPD, Technical, Procurement, Commercial and Production teams to turn ideas into high-quality, commercially viable bakery products in a fast-paced environment.
