We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as the technical architect and product lead for the entire C.H.E.S.T. ecosystem. The CTO will finalise the platform’s architecture, manage a 24–30‑month development roadmap across 12 applications, and oversee the successful patenting of our technology core.

This remote/hybrid role requires occasional meetings in Nottingham, United Kingdom. All positions are currently non‑salaried and compensated via significant equity grants, transitioning to a competitive salary package upon successful Series A funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalise the platform architecture for scalability, security (especially for AURORA/Food Production & ARGUS/defense applications), and enterprise‑grade deployment (cloud strategy).
• Manage the 24–30 month development roadmap, ensuring efficient use of the budget post‑funding.
• Lead technical diligence sessions with investors, confidently articulating the defensibility and superiority of the Core IP.
• Build and manage the initial lean engineering team and establish best practices for rapid, secure development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Deep expertise in AI/ML engineering, especially predictive analytics, risk modeling, or digital twin technology.
• Experience with high‑security, regulated, or mission‑critical systems architecture.
• A strong background in Enterprise SaaS development and a history of successful product delivery.
