Are you the right person for the job?
It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in the vehicle rental sector; applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative role will be considered. Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and via the telephone. The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. The candidate should be computer literate. A full driving licence held for a minimum period of 12 months is required. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Group Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team
- Deal with customer enquiries, allocation of vehicles, and co-ordinating vehicle collection and deliveries
- Ensure the local team achieves the profit and targets set, while running the branch operation in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
