Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading estate agency, who are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual who wants to work in a flourishing and lucrative area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
  • Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved
  • Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth process
  • Generating valuation opportunities within the patch
  • Producing the relevant paperwork required
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements

  • 6 months+ experience in residential sales, preferably in the area
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently

What’s On Offer

  • Basic Salary: £20,000 + 4-month guarantee of £30,000
  • Realistic OTE for your first year: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)
  • Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on every deal

  • Working Hours: Mon-Thursday 08:50-18:30, Friday 08:50-16:00, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
