My client, an established, independent business based in Central London, is looking for a Residential Property Manager to join the team due to growth. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be delivering an exceptional service, upholding the reputation of the business as you manage your portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance and urgent works in a competent, timely manner.
- Making sure the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations.
- Arranging inventories, check-ins and check-outs, and conducting property inspections.
- Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
- Co-ordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable.
- Proposing and negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding the rebuttal process.
Must Have
- Property Management experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- A keen problem solver and good under pressure.
- Client facing.
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords.
- Positive and encouraging attitude.
Good To Have But Not Essential
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
