Job Title: Property Manager
Salary: £35,000- £40,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8:45am- 18:00pm. Working from home options available
My client, a family run business that has been running for over 40 years are looking for a Property Manager to join the team in Central London. Looking after a portfolio focusing on quality rather than quantity across prestigious areas in London, you will be an integral part of the team.
Duties And Responsibilities But Not Limited To
- Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner, understanding of the process of a freeholder, leaseholder and building management responsibility.
- Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
- Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
- Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
- Proposing and negotiating of deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding of rebuttal process
Must Have
- Property Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A keen problem solver and good under pressure
- Client facing
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Good To Have But Not Essential
- ARLA qualified
