My client, an established independent business based in Kent, is looking for a Property Manager to join the team due to growth. Working as part of a closeāknit team, you will deliver exceptional service, uphold the reputation of the business and manage your portfolio of properties.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deal with daily maintenance, including complex and urgent works in a competent, timely manner
- Ensure the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and health and safety regulations
- Arrange inventories, checkāin and checkāout and conduct property inspections
- Advise utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
- Coordinate estimates and arrange repairs with contractors, liaise between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshoot where applicable
- Propose and negotiate deposits between landlords and tenants, understand the rebuttal process
Must Have
- Property management experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Keen problem solver, good under pressure
- Client facing
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build longāterm relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Good To Have
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification
- Experience with STREET/ Qube
