An established and fast-growing property auction business is expanding nationally and is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Valuer to support continued growth.

The Role
This is a client-facing role combining business development and valuing, focused on:
- Winning new business by developing partnerships with Estate agents, Solicitors, and Property professionals
- Generating auction listings through self-sourced opportunities
- Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on auction strategy
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Maximising revenue from partner accounts
- Representing the business professionally in both face-to-face and virtual environments
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced property professional with a strong background in valuing or branch management and a proven ability to generate new business.
You Will Be
- Tenacious, driven, and self-motivated

- Comfortable with cold calling and presenting to groups
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience at Valuer or Branch Manager level

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to present effectively in both physical and virtual settings
- Accurate reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
