Hours: Full-Time | Office-Based | Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 basic

OTE: £90,000-£125,000 (Year 1) | £150,000+ uncapped (Year 2)

The Opportunity

An established and fast‑growing property auction business is expanding nationally and is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Valuer to support continued growth.

The Role

This is a client‑facing role combining business development and valuing, focused on:

  • Winning new business by developing partnerships with Estate agents, Solicitors, and Property professionals
  • Generating auction listings through self‑sourced opportunities
  • Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on auction strategy
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Maximising revenue from partner accounts
  • Representing the business professionally in both face‑to‑face and virtual environments

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an experienced property professional with a strong background in valuing or branch management and a proven ability to generate new business.

You Will Be

  • Tenacious, driven, and self‑motivated
  • Confident in self‑generating leads
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable with cold calling and presenting to groups

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years\’ experience at Valuer or Branch Manager level
  • Proven track record of new business generation
  • Property auction experience desirable (but not essential)
  • B2B sales experience advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to present effectively in both physical and virtual settings
  • Accurate reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • UK-based
  • Ability to provide references upon request
