As a Junior Product Owner, you\’ll:

✅ Collaborate with Scrum teams to shape and deliver exceptional user stories.

✅ Engage stakeholders to refine our vision and prioritise what matters most.

✅ Solve challenges, manage bugs, and iterate improvements that benefit users.

✅ Balance value delivery, technical considerations, and timeframes to achieve the product vision.

✅ Collaborate on solution design alongside the Product Design Manager, aligned with long-term objectives.

✅ Gain mentorship and support to grow your career in Product Management.

What we’re looking for:

🎯 At least 1 year in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.

🎯 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

🎯 Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

🎯 A strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering quality.

🎯 A hunger to learn and take ownership of meaningful projects.

Nice-to-haves:

⭐ Product Owner certifications (e.g., PSPO).

⭐ Energy/liquid fuels industry knowledge or experience with CODAS.
