An exciting position has arisen for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join the CDS Support team, primarily providing CODAS subject matter expertise to our growing customer base across Support and Implementation Projects. CODAS is complete end-to-end ERP software designed to handle all aspects of day-to-day running of a liquid fuels distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a CODAS Subject Matter Expert
  • Provide application support to clients via telephone, email and remote access
  • Diagnose incidents and assess priority
  • Assist on new customer implementations
  • Implement functionality for existing customers
  • Create internal and external training and documentation

The successful candidate will be flexible and eager to assist across the other teams in the business as required, for both learning and business need. Occasional planned out of hours sessions and weekend work may be required as part of the role. Although most customer interaction has moved to virtual sessions this role will require occasional travel to client sites including the possibility of trips abroad (within Europe) which could last several days at a time at short notice. Due to the complex nature of CODAS, the first 12 months in the role will be spent working in the Implementations team to learn the system. Upon successful completion of training the role will transition to the Support Services team.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in systems analysis (preferably an ERP)
  • Experience in a customer facing position
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Ability to provide a professional and enthusiastic service, ensuring that any interactions clients have with the company are positive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
