C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join a well-established and highly respected financial services business, based in central London. Key responsibilities

Requirements / Background

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within financial services
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams
  • Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a regulated or financial environment is highly desirable
