Exciting EA role in sustainability! If you’re passionate about the environment and working for a socially conscious investment business, look no further!

We are currently recruiting an exceptional Senior EA to support 3 MDs in the sustainable investments arm of a leading investment business.

Supporting 3 absolutely lovely, charming and super busy Directors, this EA role will involve:

• Classic EA duties including complex diary and meeting management – their diaries are very busy and changeable so the successful finance PA will have meticulous planning and attention to detail.
• Ownership of investment committee meetings.
• Fantastic relationship building stakeholder management with heads of portfolio companies.
• Investor relations admin including preparing pitch presentations.
• Client events management.
• Internal events management.
• Inbox management, expenses, document management, and extensive administrative support.
• Ad hoc projects – LOTS OF SCOPE TO GROW THE ROLE and take on more.
• Working closely with the wider EA team.
• Mentoring more junior EAs and acting as an EA Team Leader where appropriate.

• Experienced in financial services.
• Demonstrable skills supporting at Director or Partner level.
