C&C Search is currently recruiting a Senior Coordinator for a leading renewable energy organisation, based in Paddington. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised Senior Coordinator to join a fast-paced Director’s Office, supporting senior leadership at the heart of a globally recognised organisation driving the transition to sustainable energy. Offering a competitive day rate equivalent to £46,800, this Senior Coordinator position is ideal for an ambitious and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment.
Position: Senior Coordinator (12 month temp position)
Salary: £180 per day (£46,800 equivalent)
Hybrid set up: 5 days per week in the Paddington office

Key responsibilities for this Senior Coordinator position:
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support within the Director's Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, organise schedules and support prioritisation of senior leadership activities
- Prepare briefing documents, board packs, agendas, presentations and supporting materials to a consistently high standard
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics, room bookings, workshops, leadership events and stakeholder visits
- Attend meetings where required, capturing actions, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, itineraries, visas and schedule management
- Process expenses, invoices and reimbursements in accordance with company policies
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring efficient information flow
- Draft, format and update correspondence, reports and high-level presentations
- Maintain filing systems, action trackers, records and reporting tools with excellent attention to detail
- Coordinate effectively across departments to support deadlines, project delivery and operational priorities
- Monitor risks, escalating conflicting priorities or issues where appropriate
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
- Support compliance with QHSE, information security and corporate governance requirements

- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar administrative support role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and working across multiple teams
- Excellent diary management, meeting coordination and travel management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver work accurately under pressure
- Experience preparing presentations, reports and briefing materials
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
