We are partnering with a leading executive search firm that seeks a high‑calibre Researcher to support Partners, Directors, and Associate Directors across retained mandates, talent mapping, sourcing, and delivery.
This role contributes to the full search lifecycle and includes:
- Supporting retained pitches with market intelligence and talent mapping.
- Conducting in‑depth research into markets, organisations, and candidate pools.
- Managing sourcing activity across LinkedIn Projects and other platforms.
- Screening candidates using assessment tools.
- Preparing high‑quality briefing materials and candidate reports.
- Representing the firm professionally in client‑facing situations.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree‑educated or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong research capability.
