We are partnering with a global consulting firm to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to join their UK and Europe team. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting operational hiring managers with their recruitment needs, running European internship programmes, and leading DEI initiatives. The role reports into the Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
- Internship coordination for European internship programmes from end-to-end, from CV screening through to candidate management and onboarding.
- Operational hiring support: Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver recruitment processes, set up roles in ATS, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure smooth and effective hiring.
- Recruitment marketing: Maintain global job postings, and careers site content, ensuring alignment with employer brand and consistency across platforms.
- Candidate outreach: Proactively source and engage talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, JobTeaser, and CV screening for harder-to-fill roles.
- DEI: Lead and support diversity initiatives across offices, including managing upReach programmes, running work experience weeks, and developing DEI partnerships in Paris and Munich.
As well as the responsibilities above, the Recruitment Coordinator may be expected to support the broader HR team with ad hoc initiatives or cover as needed.
Skills
- Fluent in French or German an advantage not essential.
- Proven experience in a relevant role within a professional services or consulting environment (e.g. recruitment, administrative support).
