Key responsibilities for this PA/Office Manager position:
- Acting as the CEO’s right-hand person, serving as the primary point of contact for external clients and investors
- Diary & calendar management – overseeing complex scheduling, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics
- Providing meeting support, including taking minutes and tracking action items
- Office management and other ad hoc duties
