C&C Search is currently recruiting a PA to CFO and Team Assistant for a leading, forward-thinking organisation within the industrial and logistics sector. This opportunity offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders, a collaborative culture, strong benefits, and hybrid working in the heart of London. Position: PA to CFO and Team Assistant – supporting the CFO and wider team, whilst also contributing to office management and team coordination.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Hybrid set up: 4 Days in the office, 1 WFH

Key responsibilities for this position:

  • Diary management for the CFO and FP&A team
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings across senior stakeholders
  • Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team
  • Organising travel arrangements and managing expenses
  • Supporting office management including vendor liaison, maintenance coordination, and supplies management
  • Upholding office policies, health & safety standards and contributing to a positive office culture
  • Assisting with internal events such as summer socials and Christmas celebrations
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative projects and team initiatives
