This is a brilliant opportunity to support a highly respected Head of People in a varied and business-critical role, combining People Operations, project coordination, communications, stakeholder management and strategic planning. Offering a salary of £60,000, a 6-month FTC, a 9am-5pm working pattern and 1 day working from home, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact across a People function.

  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, trackers and reporting, ensuring priorities remain on track and stakeholders are informed.
  • Manage internal communications, presentations, briefing documents and materials for People-related initiatives and leadership meetings.
  • Organise meetings, workshops and events, preparing agendas, capturing actions and driving follow-up to successful completion.
