C&C Search is currently recruiting a Part Time Temporary Receptionist for a Tech Venture Capital firm based in the West End. This is an exciting long term temporary contract (12 months).

Position: Part Time Temporary Receptionist – providing exceptional front-of-house support, managing meeting rooms, handling the switchboard, and assisting with office coordination alongside a fellow receptionist.
Salary: £19 - £21 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, the hours are 8:45 am – 5:15 pm. 4 days in the office.

Key responsibilities for this Temp Receptionist & Office Assistant position:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Managing meeting rooms, diaries and catering arrangements
- Handling all switchboard and general enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting with office supplies, post, courier services, and general upkeep
- Supporting the Office Manager with facilities liaison, maintenance, and supplier coordination
- Working closely with another receptionist to ensure consistent cover and support
