C&C Search is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Team Support professional to provide dedicated, high-level support to a Director and the wider team. This role is central to ensuring effective diary management, clear prioritisation of tasks, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Salary: £35-40,000 plus bonus
Hybrid set up: 3-4 days in office

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Manage the Director’s diary, inbox, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare the Director for meetings and follow up with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and notes
- Track actions and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Draft, proofread, and format documents and communications
- Support events, workshops, and general team administration
- Maintain CRM records and liaise with suppliers as needed
- Log expenses accurately and maintain organised financial records
