Key responsibilities for this position
- Providing high‑level executive support to the CEO, acting as a trusted right hand and gatekeeper.
- Managing priorities, inbox and communications in a fast‑paced hospitality and events environment.
- Supporting the CEO across multiple areas of the business with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Running the day‑to‑day office function.
- Managing suppliers, office coordination and ordering of office supplies.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinating internal communications and supporting team organisation.
- Working closely with the events team to support event organisation when required.
- Bringing structure, systems and operational efficiency to a growing business.
- Being a visible, professional and approachable presence in a client‑facing environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an EA / Office Manager to CEO or similar senior support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, operational or hospitality‑led environments.
- Confident supporting senior leadership with discretion and sound judgement.
- A calm, pragmatic and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Personable and confident, with high emotional intelligence.
