  • Attending and minuting meetings with follow up actions
  • Document preparation, drafting correspondence, producing reports and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing invoices and expenses
  • Managing global HR offsites
  • End-to-end project management of HR-related projects
  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines and stakeholder communication strategies
  • Tracking progress against key HR initiatives, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
  • Driving continuous improvement across HR processes in collaboration with the global HR team
  • Analysing HR metrics and employee feedback to inform strategic decisions
