C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in Oxford to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced, innovative financial services environment. Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level Executive Assistant support to ExCo, including diary, inbox and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow‑up actions to ensure strong governance
- Act as central coordination point for projects and priorities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Oxford office, including facilities, suppliers and contractors
- Organise company events, team activities and internal meetings
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional office environment
- Oversee general organisation and smooth running of office operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager or similar supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong diary, meeting coordination and minute‑taking experience
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident in MS Office and administrative systems
