Overview
The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, office systems, and HR processes, creating a well-organized and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
• Coordinate with building management and external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and general office upkeep.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock levels meet business needs.
• Support the planning and execution of internal staff events.
• Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and security guidelines.
Financial Support:
• Monitor and control office expenditures, optimizing cost efficiency.
• Provide support with financial processes, including invoicing, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports.
HR Administration:
• Assist in recruitment activities, such as reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating employee onboarding.
• Maintain and update personnel records, including absence tracking and compliance documentation.
• Support the administration of UK employee benefits programs.
• Assist with performance management tasks, including organizing feedback requests and scheduling review meetings.
