We are currently recruiting for a Senior Executive Assistant to join a highly respected Creative Consultancy based in the heart of London’s West End. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team of 2 Partners and 3 Directors within one of their most innovative and fast‑paced creative divisions.

About the Role – Senior Executive Assistant

This is a high‑level EA position requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary management and inbox management for two Partners with creative industry backgrounds
  • Planning and coordinating international travel, often at short notice, including visas and detailed itineraries
  • Supporting the delivery of high‑profile global events (conferences, dinners, networking events, annual meetings)
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders across global offices
  • Managing expenses, maintaining accurate CRM entries, and ensuring smooth administrative processes
  • Providing ad hoc EA support and cross‑cover for Directors when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment (Creative, Arts, Media, or similar preferred)
  • Strong experience managing complex international travel and shifting priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management skills
  • A collaborative team player who remains calm under pressure
  • Strong IT capability, particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, polished communicator who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders
