Key responsibilities for this Receptionist & Office Assistant:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and managing the switchboard, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms to a high standard for internal and external meetings
- Greeting guests, arranging refreshments and organising catering for meetings and lunches
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, arranging couriers and managing deliveries
- Supporting general administration including binding, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area and meeting spaces at all times
- Assisting the Office Manager with day‑to‑day office coordination
- Managing office supplies and inventory across multiple office spaces
- Supporting contractors such as cleaners and maintenance teams
- Assisting with administrative projects including archiving and document management
