Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and a high quality employee experience.
  • Design and deliver induction processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the UK and Luxembourg teams to support on HR system compliance, regulatory and governance processes.
  • Oversee right-to-work documentation and support visa coordination where required.
  • Work closely with Finance for payroll-related onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding events aligned with payroll timelines.
  • Work closely with Finance to continuously improve lifecycle and payroll-related processes.
  • Benefits Management - Manage UK benefits administration.
  • Maintain provider relationships and support annual renewals.
  • Contribute to benefit design discussions and process enhancements.
  • Monitor utilisation and cost trends, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure appropriate governance and documentation standards.
  • HR Systems & People Data
  • Maintain the integrity of Workday and related HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Monitor relevant employment law developments (UK and Luxembourg) and support policy updates.

Experience and requirements for this role:

  • 6+ years' experience in People Operations or HR, with independent ownership of lifecycle processes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment practices.
  • Experience partnering with Compliance or operating in a regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience in managing HR systems and producing reliable people data (Workday experience an advantage).
