Position: Senior Office Manager / Operations Manager with Executive Support – supporting the company Execs as needed alongside managing a growing office and high profile fit out, as well as a private property portfolio.
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Hybrid Setup: 4–5 days in the office (flexibility required during key project phases)

- Lead the full office relocation and fit-out project
- Manage a £1.5m–£2m build, timelines and suppliers

- Act as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across the business
- Drive operational excellence within the office, partnering closely with facilities and support teams
- Provide high-level executive and business support to SLT ensuring priorities are managed efficiently
- Support business-wide projects, processes and culture
- Manage a substantial private property portfolio
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a property management and Office Manager or Operations Manager capacity within a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management experience, including office moves or fit-outs
- Budget management

- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines
