C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations Executive to join a small, high‐performing recruitment business based in London Bridge.
Position: Operations Executive
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
Hybrid set-up: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Hours: 8.30am–6.00pm

Key responsibilities for this Operations Executive:
- Managing and maintaining the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinating office operations, suppliers and day‐to‐day administration
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding, contracts and people administration
- Assisting with finance administration such as invoicing, expenses and liaising with reporters
- Organising and supporting client and internal events
- Supporting ad‐hoc client projects and business initiatives
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
What background and experience are they looking for?
- Previous experience in an Operations Executive or strong administrative skills
- Strong CRM experience and confidence working with systems and processes
- Exposure to HR, finance or business operations in a small or fast‐paced environment
