C&C Search is currently recruiting an Administrator â Operations & Events for an exciting, fast-growing international luxury business based in the heart of the West End. This role offers hybrid working, international exposure, and the chance to be part of a small yet growing business in the luxury space.
Position: Administrator/Operations/Events, supporting sales admin, global events, marketing and client liaison, working closely with an international business.
Salary: ÂŁ30,000 â ÂŁ37,000
Hybrid set up: 2â3 days per week based in their West End office, with the remainder worked from home.

Key responsibilities for this Administrator /Operations & Events Administration:
- Coordinating logistics for international events including booking flights, managing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Tracking customer data, handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records to support sales, marketing and operations
- Updating presentations, modifying templates and creating visually engaging materials to support sales and partner engagement
- Managing project timelines
- Keeping on top of all office administration
- Building relationships with clients and vendors and advising on areas of improvement
What background and experience are the company looking for?
They are seeking an individual with German language skills who can work autonomously, is selfâmotivated and is either a Graduate or graduate calibre. Ideally have some office-based experience, in a sales admin, customer-focused role. Also open to someone with marketing or events experience. You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and confidence communicating with global clients, vendors and internal teams. German language skills are an added bonus, however not required. Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive, adaptable approach are essential.
