C&C Search is recruiting a Head of Global Operations for a fast-growing creative organisation with a global footprint.
Position: Head of Global Operations, based at London HQ.
Salary: £80,000-£90,000 + bonus.
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office in SW London, with regular travel to UK and international offices.

Key Responsibilities- Own global workplace strategy and standards across all territories, including office design, health and safety, security, ergonomics and service levels.
- Lead site openings, expansions, relocations and fit‑outs from site selection through to delivery and handover.
- Project‑manage multi‑site rollouts and one‑off office projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Create standardized project playbooks, RFP templates, budget frameworks and post‑move review processes.
- Conduct reviews of operational spend delivering recurring cost savings.
- Implement procurement controls, consolidated purchasing and approval workflows to realize economies of scale.
- Own operational systems and integrations, including ERP, asset management, facilities booking and resource scheduling.
- Standardize reporting and dashboards.
- Ensure global compliance for workplace safety, insurance, vendor SLAs and statutory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Experience in a similar operations, facilities or project delivery role, with at least 3 years leading multi‑site global teams.
- A proven track record of managing end‑to‑end office moves and fit‑outs.
- Strong commercial experience delivering cost savings through procurement consolidation and process redesign.
- Familiarity with multi‑jurisdictional compliance across health and safety, insurance and leases.
- A data‑driven, metrics‑focused approach, translating operational KPIs into clear executive insights.
- Experience in creative or tech environments highly desirable.
- Project management qualifications desirable.
