Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive Executive Assistant support to a busy team, including complex diary management across multiple global time zones
- Coordinating international travel arrangements, accommodation and visa documentation
- Organising internal and external meetings, preparing meeting materials and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Supporting international visitors and coordinating meeting rooms, guest access and hospitality arrangements
- Managing expenses and invoices in line with company policies and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting onboarding processes for new joiners and assisting with team events and wider office initiatives
- Handling confidential correspondence, routine enquiries and general administration
- Providing support and cover to colleagues across the wider administrative team as required
Background and Experience:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within financial services, professional services or another fast‑paced corporate environment
- Proven experience managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple competing demands
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using Concur would be advantageous but is not essential
- A proactive, resilient and adaptable approach with exceptional attention to detail and a strong team ethic
