We are partnering with a leading international bank to appoint an experienced Event Manager to join a well‑established, high‑performing Events team in London. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of high‑profile investor and sector conferences, delivered across the UK, Europe and the US.
The successful candidate will manage events end‑to‑end, from programme and agenda build through to onsite delivery, working closely with senior internal stakeholders and external clients.
The role will involve:
- Responsible for planning and fully executing allocated UK/EU/US events and sector conferences
- Manage key projects, including conferences, employee events, sporting events, arranging tickets/dinners across the company and charity events
- Vendor management and negotiation including contract management for various suppliers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience delivering conferences end‑to‑end, within banking
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and project management skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external clients, with excellent communication skills
- Financial awareness and budget management
- German or French highly advantageous but not essential
