We are hiring for this wonderful role supporting on a 1:1 basis a hugely busy CEO at a boutique management consultancy known for delivering strategic insights and transformative results to our clients. The CEO is a visionary leader who leads with passion and precision. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a super strong communicator to support our CEO and contribute to their ongoing success.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will be the right hand to the CEO, managing schedules, facilitating communication, and overseeing critical projects. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and maintain confidentiality will be essential.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritising commitments.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and draft communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, material preparation, and minute-taking. Ensure follow-up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
- Project Management: Assist in the management of key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including expense reporting, document management, and office organisation.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
