Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for two senior stakeholders, ensuring priorities anticipated and managed effectively
- Act as trusted partner, managing upwards and supporting strategic alignment
- Prepare presentations, reports and high‑level stakeholder communications
- Act as key liaison internally and externally with senior stakeholders, regulators and partners
- Support regulatory, legal and governance activity within a highly regulated environment
- Play central role in project work
- Horizon scanning and proactively ensuring executives remain focused on strategic objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant supporting executive or board level
- Strong commercial awareness, ability to operate confidently in complex, fast‑paced organisations
- Experience handling sensitive information, governance or regulatory exposure
- Exceptional diary management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable challenging and managing senior stakeholders
- Proactive, resilient and solutions‑focused with high integrity
- Advanced MS Office skills, confident producing presentations and reports
- Graduate preferred
