C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a high‑growth private investment firm, based in the heart of Mayfair. Offering exceptional exposure to senior leadership, long‑term progression opportunities and the chance to be part of an entrepreneurial, collaborative team, this is a fantastic role for an ambitious EA looking to step beyond traditional support responsibilities.
Position: Executive Assistant & Office Manager – supporting the Co‑Founder and two senior leaders whilst overseeing the smooth running of the London office.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience). Hybrid set up: 5 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary and international travel management for the Co‑Founder and senior leadership team
- Coordinating investor, client and stakeholder meetings, events and hospitality arrangements
- Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the London office and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Supporting investor relations activities and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with business administration, operational projects and company initiatives
- Collaborating closely with international colleagues and external partners
- Providing broader support across the business as the organisation continues to grow

Background and experience:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders within finance, investment, private equity real estate or another entrepreneurial business environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong experience coordinating complex global travel and diary management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused and highly resourceful approach
- Comfortable working within a small, fast‑growing business where no two days are the same
- Bright, ambitious and keen to take on additional responsibilities over time
- Professional, polished and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
