We have partnered with a global financial services firm to hire a Compensation Analyst to join a high-performing global Reward team. This role will play a key part in supporting compensation strategy, analytics, and governance across multiple regions, working closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting compensation analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing across a global population
  • Job evaluation and grading using established methodologies
  • Supporting annual reward processes, including salary and bonus reviews
  • Producing high-quality compensation reporting and insights to inform decision-making
  • Ensuring strong governance, data accuracy, and alignment with reward frameworks
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and Reward leadership on compensation matters

About you:

  • Proven experience in a compensation or reward analyst role within a complex organisation
  • Financial Services experience preferred not essential
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large data sets
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and job evaluation methodologies
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
