Position Overview

Benefits Advisor – 12 Month FTC. Salary £45,000-£50,000. Hybrid: 3 days per week Central London office. 25 days holiday, pension, wellness budget, professional development, social events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual benefit renewals and administration for UK and International Benefits.
  • Respond to internal and external queries.
  • Provide benefits data for Group renewal processes.
  • Ensure accurate payroll information is uploaded to system.
  • Support and contribute to Wellbeing Initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Financial industry preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
  • Team player with proactive, client‑focused approach.
