Position: Investor Relations Analyst (14‑Month FTC)

Location: London, UK – Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £70,000 plus bonus

The Investor Relations Analyst will act as the central point for DDQ and RFP delivery and investor query coordination within a globally recognized private equity advisory firm. The role is based in London and supports a high‑performing, collaborative, intellectually stimulating culture that values initiative, attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end DDQ and RFP process, delivering high‑quality and accurate submissions within tight deadlines.
  • Manage and continuously improve DDQ and RFP content libraries, templates and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate investor due diligence requests and maintain data room documentation, permissions and access controls.
  • Manage the investor query tracker, ensuring all investor requests are logged, assigned and completed efficiently.
  • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver comprehensive responses to investor queries.
  • Draft clear, accurate and thoughtful responses to both straightforward and complex investor enquiries.
  • Provide additional support across the Investor Relations team on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Work across multiple time zones, ensuring timely communication and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within Investor Relations, fundraising, private equity, asset management or a related advisory environment.
  • Demonstrable hands‑on DDQ and RFP management experience.
  • Experience coordinating investor queries and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of private equity terminology and investment structures.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solutions‑focused approach.
