Job Title: Hr Business Partner, 9-month FTC

Salary: £65,000 (DoE)

Location: London – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day? 

\\n\\n

Key duties: 

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior managers – guide on best practice and in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
  • \\n\\t

  • Day to say line management of 2x members of the HR team.
  • \\n\\t

  • Managing complex Employee Relations matters and guiding managers on supporting early career performance-relate issues.
  • \\n\\t

  • Oversee HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
  • \\n\\t

  • Support with processing payroll for the organisation. 
  • \\n\\t

  • Lead on specific People projects on the likes of HR operations, Wellbeing, or Early Careers, partnering closely with the HR and L&D Business Partners.

  • 5yrs + HR experience and excellent UK Employment knowledge
  • \\n\\t

  • Demonstrable experience in a business partnering role
  • \\n\\t

  • Must have proven experience in a partnership led organisation

  • CIPD Level 7 is highly desirable
  • \\n\\t

  • Line Management / Mentoring experience is a plus 
  • \\n\\t

  • A genuine team player who is also very personable
