- Manage day-to-day operations of the London office, including facilities, supplier relationships, and health & safety compliance
- Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders, including complex diary management and travel arrangements
- Coordinate cross-office communication and work-flow management
- Develop policies and procedures for the London and global offices
- Support with recruitment within the group
- Oversee administrative systems and procedures
- Organise high-level meetings and corporate events
- Handle sensitive correspondence and documentation
