C&C Search is currently recruiting an Events and Marketing Executive for an innovative Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End.
This Events and Marketing Executive role is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team due to a busy events schedule and internal promotion!
Hybrid set up: 3/2 hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday flexible.
Salary: From £50,000 depending on experience + Bonus
Benefits: 25 days holiday, strong pension contribution, bonus

Key responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the brief development and planning of events, working with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage delivery of external client events and internal company events, including budget management, invite creation, and post-event analysis.
- Use events management systems such as Cvent and Hubspot to manage event logistics.
- Support day-to-day management of marketing activities, including e-marketing tools, branded merchandise, and marketing tracking and reporting.
- Manage marketing campaigns across the business, from brief definition and collateral creation to campaign metric monitoring and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage internal and external email communication campaigns.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Minimum 3 years’ working in a marketing team, with proven experience in delivering client events.
- Experience within a Financial Services environment (Preferably Private Equity).
- Experience with marketing tools, preferably HubSpot, Cvent and Zoom.
- CIM qualification is desirable.
- A proven track record of expertise in events management through consistent, longer-term support and contribution in their recent firm.
- Ideally, experience from a smaller firm.
