This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail‑driven events professional to play a key role in delivering high‑profile client events and supporting business development within a polished, client‑facing environment. Key responsibilities for this Events & Marketing Associate position:- Managing the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of client events including seminars, roundtables and roadshows
- Sourcing venues, coordinating logistics, managing suppliers, supporting content delivery and conducting post‑event analysis
- Delivering targeted, high‑quality in‑person events for core audiences, including wealth owners, family office executives and intermediaries
- Managing invitation processes, RSVP tracking and guest communications with precision and professionalism
- Working closely with Relationship Managers and the wider marketing team to ensure events align with business development objectives
- Coordinating the distribution of marketing collateral and maintaining accurate mailing lists
- Designing and formatting client‑facing materials and marketing documents in line with brand guidelines
- Experience in event management, gained within wealth management, asset management or professional services
- Degree within a related field preferred
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and discretion when working with high‑profile clients
- A proactive, calm and reliable working style, comfortable in a client‑facing environment
