We are supporting a FTSE 100 Firm in London to hire an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. The key purpose of this role is to build and maintain relationships with trade union and employee representatives and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies related to employee relations.

Key Stakeholder relationships and advisory include People and Director Partners, Managers to manage consultations, dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on group or in-unit employee relations deliverables as part of wider change initiatives.
  • Support the development of relationships with trade union representatives and employee representatives, engaging in regular communications and providing consultation on matters impacting the workforce.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Group People teams, managers and employees on a range of Employee Relations matters, including employment law compliance.
  • Support on the development, implementation, and maintenance of People policies and procedures, collective agreements and contracts.
Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Trade Union negotiation experience and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience of implementation of HR policies related to employee relations.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
