C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a private equity firm, located in Central London. A fantastic opportunity for a driven Executive Assistant to support 2 Managing Partners in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Position: Executive Assistant
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum
Hybrid setup: 5 days in the office
Benefits: Competitive package with discretionary bonus

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Provide extensive diary management to MD and Investor Relations team.
- Organising extensive and complex global travel with accommodation and all other logistics.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, including working closely with the investor relations team to co-ordinate complex meetings, speaking engagements, and board attendance.
- Board co-ordination – attending and scheduling meetings.
- Relationship Management – cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investor meetings and events, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
- Document preparation: producing, formatting, and typing documents.
- Project co-ordination – keeping track of timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
- Supporting the wider team with events.
