- Position: Executive Assistant – supporting C-suite executives within a fast-paced global consumer goods business
- Salary: £60,000
- Hybrid set up: 1 day WFH

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Provide high-level, confidential support to three C-suite executives—managing complex diaries, travel, and correspondence
- Partner with another senior EA to deliver seamless operations and exceptional leadership support
- Own onboarding, employee experience, and internal engagement initiatives
- Coordinate conferences, offsites, and team events
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining a professional environment that reflects company standards
- Drive process improvements and implement new systems as the office evolves
