Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management for two senior stakeholders, ensuring priorities anticipated and managed effectively.
  • Act as trusted partner, managing upwards and supporting strategic alignment.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and high‑level stakeholder communications.
  • Act as key liaison internally and externally with senior stakeholders, regulators and partners.
  • Support regulatory, legal and governance activity within a highly regulated environment.
  • Play central role in project work.
  • Horizon scanning and proactively ensuring executives remain focused on strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as Executive Assistant supporting executive or board level.
  • Strong commercial awareness, ability to operate confidently in complex, fast‑paced organisations.
  • Experience handling sensitive information, governance or regulatory exposure.
  • Exceptional diary management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable challenging and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions‑focused with high integrity.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, confident producing presentations and reports.
  • Graduate preferred.
